Paulina Miśkowiec-Pawłowicz

I have joined the BFP law firm in 2014, taking the position of the partner’s assistant, and my previous experience and qualifications have set the course of my personal development within the firm.

The scope of my duties covers in particular the matter of Personal Data Protection, the evolution of which over the recent few years has been a part of my many interests. I am coordinating all endeavours aimed at assuring proper and safe processing of personal data at the law firm, in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation). As a participant of numerous trainings, courses and lectures on the subject of personal data protection and the safety of information, I continue to acquire, develop and enhance my qualifications in this particular field.

Since the very beginning of my work at the firm I also support the partners in the field of marketing, broadly understood – not only legal – by creating, implementing and realizing all legally allowed promotional activities. The motive for such actions is always a well though-out strategy, based not only on a solid foundation of knowledge and experience, but also ingenuity and creativeness, which define my personality.

Privately however, I prefer to “wing it”. I am keen on solitary mountain trips during the winter season; during the summer I prefer sailing, and throughout the entire year I adopt a healthy lifestyle. I train Aerobox, I run, lift weights, and ride a bike.

I am not a part of the generation raised in the digital world – the music that I listen to is classical
