The scope of legal services provided by our law firm in the field of real estate law, including the regulation of the legal status of real property, is very wide. It includes, among others, in addition to separately described inheritance proceedings, the representation in proceedings to declare the property prescription, in proceedings for the abolition of property ownership and the division of real property for use, in proceedings to agree the content of the Land and Mortgage Register with the actual legal status of the real property, in proceedings concerning the delivery of the real prop-erty or restoring it to its original state, as well as in proceedings for restoring the possession of the real property. We also represent our clients in administrative and court proceedings.

An important area of our activity is pursuing the restitution of property lost in the past under the public administration acts, including the recovery of expropriated property.
