‘IP and Access to COVID-19-relevant Medicines – in Search of an Optimal Legal Framework’ is a fruit of cooperation with Żaneta Zemła-Pacud, Ph.D as part of a research project ‘Protection of Regulatory Data in European Intellectual Property Law’ under NCN grant No 2019/33/B/HS5/02198.

As a prelude to the publication, Gabriela delivered a lecture titled “The new face of patent pledges” during the Institute of Law Studies of the Polish Academy of Sciences’ scientific seminar ‘Intellectual property in the face of a pandemic’.
