Medical mal practice - the out-of-court compensation

The out-of-court compensation payment system for victims of medical errors or road traffic accidents gives injured parties the opportunity to obtain ‚fair and full’ compensation quickly. Is the so eagerly evoked Swedish compensation model really so exemplary and should it be adopted in Poland?
