This year’s PEOPIL Young Lawyers conference was held in the city of Prague on March 23rd, 2018. Gabriela Lenarczyk took part in the event on behalf of BFP.
The conference was yet another opportunity for our firm to network, learn and develop. During the panel discussion important insights were exchanged on the topic of use of witness evidence in personal injury claims. During the event participants had an opportunity to develop their expertise on the topic of winter sports accidents and the newest data protection regulations.
The Young Lawyers Group, part of Pan-European Organisation of Personal Injury Lawyers, was established in 2013 with a goal to create a working group in which young lawyers can enhance their skills and networks while promoting judicial cooperation among European jurisdictions. BFP has been an active member of PEOPIL since 2008 and continues to participate in its objectives of, among others, promoting proper and fair compensation for personal injury cases and co-operation and networking of personal injury lawyers within Europe.
