Budzowska Fiutowski and Partners provided the Dominican Monastery in Kraków with comprehensive legal services related, among others, to two investment processes in Kraków. The overall value of the investment amounted to 16.5 million PLN.
The renovation and restoration work was carried out at the thirteenth-century tenement at Dominikańska St., as well as at the monastery porches around the first patio adjacent to Holy Trinity Church at Stolarska St. This latter work was carried out under the name “Comprehensive renovation of the porches of the Dominican Monastery in Kraków together with their adaptation to the role of a comprehensive cultural space” and it was co-financed by the European Union funds under the Małopolska Regional Operational Programme for the years 2007-2013 and by the funds of the Social Committee for the Protection of Monuments in Kraków.
The ceremonial opening of the restored porches was held on 5 November 2013.
In both cases, due to the historic nature of the buildings, what proved to be of utmost importance besides the construction work was the restoration work carried out under the supervision of conservation authorities.
Legal team within Budzowska Fiutowski and Partners in respect of this project was headed by Att. Michał Sikora.
