On Thursday 25th of August 2016, our law firm had the pleasure to host a group of legal trainees form from the Appeal Court in Berlin
As a part of their visit in Cracow, they had the chance to observe the work of Polish solicitors in our company, we also had the pleasure to share our wide experience with them.
During the first part of the meeting Mr. Michał Sikora, a Partner in Budzowska Fiutowski & Partners informed our guests about the specialization and the way of functioning of our law firm.
In his speech he outlined the specifics of legal counselors’ work. He also explained differences between two Bar Councils that exist in polish law system, this part was especially interesting for our guests because that concept is untypical in the German law system. Mr. Sikora shared with our guests his wide experience as an commercial law-expert. He stressed the importance of the having the international cooperation in regard to this specific area of law. .

After this part of their visit our guests had the opportunity to meet Mr. Michał Krzanowski who is one of our compensation claims’ specialists. Our guests were especially interested in Mrs. Jolanta Budzowska activities in the PEOPIL organization (Pan-European Organisation of Personal Injury Lawyers), which aim is to associate personal injury experts. Our German friends were extremely curious about the aspect of amicable settlements in polish law system especially in comparison with german system.
