Att. Jolanta Budzowska was invited by the National Council of Legal Advisers to the panel of experts to participate in the consultations of the Council of Europe on the future of the European Court of Human Rights. In addition to Att. Jolanta Budzowska, the consultations were participated by the President of the National Council of Legal Advisers – Att. Dariusz Sałajewski, Att. Magdalena Witkowska, the Member of the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors in Gdańsk and Michał Balcerzak, PhD, University in Toruń. The panel of experts postulated, inter alia, the idea of creating an electronic system to monitor cases in the Court, implementing the supervision of the execution of judgments of the Court as well as the idea that all applications admitted by the Court were submitted for review.
