On 28 March 2014, Att. Jolanta Budzowska will deliver a lecture at the Conference organised by the Arbitration Court at the Chamber of Commerce in Nowy Tomyśl. The Conference devoted to the issue of “The use of ADR in selected sectors of the economy” is a part of a series of conferences having as its subject theoretical and practical aspects of Arbitration and Mediation. Att. Jolanta Budzowska will give a lecture on “Mediation in the cases involving medical negligence: possibilities and limitations”.

 The said series of conferences are considered to be one of the most important events related to ADR in Poland. It enjoys a great interest of both theoreticians and practitioners working in the field of ADR, and attracts approximately 200 participants every year.

 The Conference will be held on 28 March 2014 in the conference room at HI-FI Hotel in Nowy Tomyśl at Paproć 84 St. The conference starts at 9.00.
