Mr Benedykt Fiutowski has been invited by Allerhand Institute as a commentator on the lecture devoted to “State participation in investment disputes”. The lecture will be delivered by Mr Marek Jeżewski, PhD, as a part of Allerhand Lecture Series on Thursday, 17 May 2012, at 6.30 p.m. at the premises of the Institute at Sikorski Square 2/7 in Kraków.

Mr Benedykt Fiutowski will address the major issues raised during the lecture from the perspective of a practitioner. He will compare, inter alia, investment arbitration and commercial arbitration, he will discuss the essence of an arbitration agreement in investment arbitration and he will also evaluate the solutions for legal consequences of the arbitration award.
